Interpretation

Any Qiplus App that is made available to download from the Website is the copyrighted work of the Company and/or the Company's licensors.
Use of the Qiplus App is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement which accompanies or is included with the Qiplus App.

The Qiplus App is made available for download solely for use by end users according to the License Agreement.
Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE QIPLUS APP TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED.

Disclaimer

You Use the Qiplus App at Your own risk and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance and accuracy is with You.

The Qiplus App and accompanying documentation are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty - express or implied - of any kind, and Qiplus specifically disclaims the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. No oral or written advice given by Qiplus, its dealers, distributors, agents or employees shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty and You may not rely upon such information or advice.

The information and materials provided by Qiplus App may contain inaccuracies or errors and Qiplus expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors You ,hereby ,advised to exercise common sense while reading ,transmitting the Qiplus App analysis.

Placing Orders for Products

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Products and subscription

If You are given access to Beta Features, You are not obligated to use them and qiplus.com may immediately and without notice remove Your access to such Beta Features for any reason without liability to You. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, all Beta Features are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind and without any performance obligations.

Your Information

In order to try the software you have to sign up by entering your name and email address .You will receive the download link by email

If You wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your Order.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Any Products you purchase can only be returned or refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Refunds

If you purchase a Product, and for some reason you decide that you would like a refund, you have 7 days to request a refund. If you request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, qiplus.com will give you a full refund of your purchase price.

If you do not request a refund within the 7 day refund period, you forfeit this option and will not be eligible for a refund.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating Our offerings of Products on the Service. The Products available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Products on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.

Prices Policy

You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
